SCN solutions' services targets key business that find it essential in keeping their data safe, there IT services uninterrupted and their business moving forward. While we work in per-existing environments, all our solutions are centered on the Microsoft server platforms. A minimum of Windows Server 2003 Standard is required with internet access.

SCN solutions computer services gives you access to trained and experienced technicians on a per hour basis. Unlike, and not to be confused with our Network SLA packages, customers are subjected to a flat fee billed in 1/2 hour increments. The level of service one receives is identical, the key differences are that SLA customers get charged a lower hourly rate, receive bonus hours for free every month and have access to unlimited phone & remote support.
