This plan not only provides support and preventative maintenance, but also keeps the companies' IT management at the forefront of technology. Meaning, we not only provide re-active support but design a more comprehensive proactive administration and support structure.

The hours allocated per month are between 15 - 25 hours depending on the needs tailored for the client. This includes routine onsite presence, remote support and 24x7 network monitoring.

Dedicated Business Network Support

As companies grow, they are in need of constant supervision for their end users, and we understand this fact. Many of our mid-sized clients have expanded to several offices with a combined staff that reaches up to 100 employees. At this stage, clients begin to see the need not only for network administration and support but also level I & II technical help for its staff. These companies have several technologies in place which make it imperative to have dedicated technician(s) outside for administration and support. The minimum hours per week are 24 hours at a discounted rate.
